Led Integrated Strength Group Exercise (50 minutes), taught Cycling (55 minutes), taught Core (30 minutes). Just this one day/week I lead 3 classes.
Extra filtered water: Normally I drink about 70 to 80 ounces/day, but on heavy exercise days it’s closer to 100 ounces.
Breakfast: Old Fashioned oats cooked in microwave, added nuts, dried fruit, 1 pack sugar in the raw, almond milk
Lunch: My typical salad with top ten veggies, avocado, about 1/3 lb. turkey, oil and vinegar dressing
Snack: Apple with peanut butter
