Do you ever look back at your week and think, “How did I let this whole week go by without getting a decent workout?” I call that life. Sometimes, life just gets in the way. Or weather, illness, you name it. Thank goodness we have weekends!

What if your weekends are full of kid’s activities? Another solution would be to try to fit in time during the week at work. I have added these links to my header menu for reminders when you need them 🙂
