Absolute Workout Exhaustion!
Are we tired of the BOSU ball? If so, I am ready to move on… so let’s recap in the pictures below: Upper body, lower body, and core strength. Keep in mind, the surface is very unstable. That means you need to be careful! Do the movements slower than usual, keep your joints relaxed (don’t lock out elbows and knees), hold onto something…a wall or bar when doing one leg squats ESPECIALLY if you have the dome side down, use your common sense…if it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it!
