Do any of you suffer from anxiety? Whether occasionally or frequently? It seems as we get older there are far too many nights where we wake up in the middle of the night worrying and cannot get back to sleep. There are many techniques to help ease anxiety that don’t involve medication. Two of my favorites are strenuous exercise early in the day and meditative exercise such as yoga late in the day.
