Are you overly fatigued? Do you find yourself dosing off at your desk? Are you struggling to stay awake behind the wheel? Are you needing an extra caffeine boost in the middle of the afternoon? All of these could be signs of exhaustion and lack of sleep.


All of us go through periods where we are excessively tired due to life’s circumstances. It is natural to feel tired when you have a newborn, start a new job, are re-locating, have taken on too many tasks, or are dealing with grief. But, if you are feeling excessive fatigue with no logical explanation, then something may be wrong.
