organic artichodes
So I hope this got your attention. I usually put these great inspiring quotes for my titles, but NO not today. I try so hard to cook with healthy ingredients, but to be honest, I don’t really know how to grow many of these and cook them. So, here we go: I tried to cook an organic artichoke with lemon, fresh garlic and bay leaf and here is what happened: I get this tough artichoke with some usable “meat” I guess? I’m trying to add it to my stir-fry and NO, I honesty don’t need quite that much roughage. Should I go back to canned? Or should I try again? Thanks for your help 🙂
