When it comes to nutrition, there are so many rules! And not only that, the rules are confusing and often conflicting! So, how are we supposed to know what to eat?
These images are definitely of “bad foods,” the foods and drinks we want to avoid…most of the time. I firmly believe that if you try to maintain a healthy diet 100% of the time, you are setting yourself up for failure.
I’m posting an article with 10 Eating rules that almost all nutritionists agree on AND #10 is “It’s okay not to eat perfectly”. Allow yourself that once in a while Starbucks full flavored Frappucino, or those French fries, or if you’re a sweet tooth that Chocolate cake or Ice cream.
The key to nutrition is to maintain that healthy diet 90% of the time… meaning… Tons of filtered water, tons of vegetables, very little in processed foods, and everything in moderation.
