No need for Microwave Popcorn, Instant Oatmeal, and Energy Drinks!

There certainly has been much hype about GMOs, Gluten Free, Organic food, Local food, and so on and so forth…
All of this hype is worthy of taking notice, and much of it is valid and needs to be taken seriously. What you eat, drink, and put into your body is extremely important for preventing illness and promoting overall wellness.

The most important nutrition advice from all of these, in my opinion is staying away from processed foods. The more you make from “scratch”, the better off you are. This puts you in control! You decide if you will use organic products, non-GMO products, locally-grown foods, natural sugars, or no sugar at all. I have been making my own popcorn for years, my own smoothies, oatmeal from organic whole oats, salads & greens, and many other fast, easy-to-cook, alternatives to processed foods.
