I’m fired up! Two posts in one day!

I modified my grocery list due to the cost and labeled several items as optional. The first week will be more expensive than the following weeks because we will be continuing to use several of the items. See new list below (word doc):

1. Strength Circuit day, Vegetarian breakfast/lunch & Fish supper
2. Long Distance Aerobic day, Tuna Fish & Poultry
3. Interval Day, Total Vegetarian
4. Long Distance & Intervals, Poultry
5. Strength Only, Beef or Pork
6. Long Distance Only, Fish
7. Rest Day, Tuna lunch & Vegetarian supper
