Tomorrow is the 7th day designed as the “rest” day. The rest day consists of moderate activity, a healthy breakfast and lunch, and dinner out (healthy choices). No planned exercise. Also, it allows a day to reflect on your first week’s progress.

The nutrition/exercise plan for the previous 6 days had a calorie deficit which would suggest a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs. Were you successful? If you are trying to lose a little weight and achieved your goal, congratulations! If you lost more than 2 lbs., you need to increase your food quantities. If you did not lose weight and desire weight loss, it’s pretty simple. You must reduce your quantities, eliminate liquid calories and/or up your exercise.
