It is easy to get impatient with the healing process while recovering from surgery. Be careful not to do too much, too fast. Into the second and third weeks remember…still no heavy lifting and high impact exercising. You may want to add the elliptical machine, swimming (if the incision is completely healed) and longer distance walking.
