The Holidays are approaching, and we all know what that means. Lots and lots of eating and drinking! And we are often so busy that our exercise routines get all out of whack, especially if we travel to friends and relatives homes.
So, what can we do when we do not have a gym to attend or exercise equipment? I have put together a strength routine using just your own bodyweight. Pick 2 or 3 exercises within each category and do 8 to 16 repetitions of each. You can do just one round or repeat the whole routine a second time. Have fun!
