Exercise

The Life is Good saying is so true regarding exercise…”Do what you like, like what you do”. If you really want to stick with an exercise, you must enjoy doing it. If you like water, then swim, water jog, kayak, do water aerobics, or anything else involving water. If you love the outdoors, then run, walk, hike, or bike. If you love to interact with people, join a gym and do group exercise. There are so many great activities you can incorporate into your daily routine, there is no excuse for not exercising!
