My best advice is to make exercise a priority! Everything in your life will run better if you take the time to exercise. You will automatically project a “better you” to your husband and kids if you feel better. You will also be more productive at work as your metabolism and energy level increase.
The best time is in the morning. It’s just too easy as the day goes on to skip it because your plate automatically fills up as the day goes on. Set the alarm earlier even if it’s just 20 minutes. There are plenty of ways you can exercise right in your home or bedroom if you can’t get outside or to a gym (see tabata link, “I have a sedentary job” page, “tips for burning more calories in your everyday routine” page)
By thinking outside of the box, you WILL be able to add exercise into your weekly routine. You can always start with 2 days and work up to 5 or 6.
